Hey! So I’m looking for a podiatrist or any recommendations on how to get help for my plantar fasciitis, which has returned and it’s so painful now that I have to walk on the balls of my feet 😢
Back in Canada, I saw a podiatrist who diagnosed me with fallen arches from flat feet and overpronation. I had custom insoles made, and they completely saved my feet.
Since then, I’ve lost over 80 lbs, so my old insoles no longer fit properly, and the pain has come back full force. I’m now really hoping to get custom insoles made again since the store-bought ones don’t correct my overpronation.
I’m willing to commute to Kobe, Kyoto, or Osaka if anyone knows where to go or how the process works in Japan to get this properly addressed. It’s gotten so bad that I honestly want to cry from how painful it’s become. 😭
TL;DR:
Plantar fasciitis is back and super painful. I need recommendations in Kansai for custom insoles or a podiatrist who can help. English friendly would be even better but no problem if no.
