Question for those living in a Sekisui House Shamaison.
Have you ever had instances where you hear sound leakeage from above or below from a neighbours entertainment system? (TV, Speakers, Subwoofer, etc.)
I know that for almost all Shamaison, you will still hear the occasional thud from movements, but I'm specifically more interested in how often people hear sound leakage from airborne vibrations and not structural. I believe the layout of your room and how many walls you share and whether or not there are people living above and below you make a big difference, so if you can include that information, it would be very helpful!
In my case, I'm in a top floor corner unit so my main concern is those living directly below me.
There is already the Shaid 55, but I wanna get an idea of how much sound leakage there is to further to decouple and soundproof. Is going downstairs and asking the neighbours directly too awkward?
