Tax document for visa renewal?

Hello everyone,

My employer mentioned that I need to get a certificate saying that I paid my taxes and submit it along with the regular visa renewal paperwork when I go to the immigration office. I've never had to get that before. It's just a regular visa extension that I'll be applying for.

Does anyone know anything about this?
