TL;DR A 59 years old man living in central Shizuoka has been arrested for allegedly having sex with his daughter who was under 13 years old in Aug. 2018. The man has been arrested twice before in April and June for sexually assaulting the same girl. The latest incident came to light during the interview with the victim.
Police believe the man has been repeatedly sexually abusing girls over a long period of time, and are continuing to investigate any additional crimes he may have committed.
The man denies the charges.
