What’s the best way to practise writing kana?

I am mild dyslexic and have serious vision problems. I know Japanese decently. I can read Sailor Moon in Japanese with no issue, and I know a very good chunk of kanji. I know probably 90% of kana. I can type fine, too. My issue is with physically writing. I cannot physically write kana at all. I tend to write them backwards or flipped – I assume this is related to dyslexia. I love Duolingo’s tracing but it doesn’t let me pick, and I know all the kana, and the lessons for the kana are teaching the kana rather than practise writing kana.

Is there any way I can set Duolingo to let me just practise writing? Or are there any other apps I can write kana on that are free?

Any kana writing workbooks recommended?

Study tips?

Thank you!
