I tried lalamove for the first time: I sold a piece of furniture, and I needed someone to pick it up and deliver it to the buyer.
I used Lalamove because it was the lease expensive and easy to organise.
On the app, you can choose who is going to pay: the sender or the receiver. On my case, we decided that the receiver would pay upon delivery.
He told me he paid, but on the app it indicated that they were waiting for payment, and that I had to pay.
Did any of you ever had this experience with lalamove ?
I'm going to try and contact customer service.
