I'm currently based in Kyoto and considering taking oral Isotretinoin for persistent acne (and possibly acne scars). Can I buy it online without any difficulty. I have contacted one online based medical and they have they only provide service if I know Japanese and also I need to provide blood test and liver test done first.

Why don’t you go to a dermatologist?
