What exactly is 社会保険料 referring to in the context of PR application?

Hello!

I am in the process of applying for PR with the point system.

Since your answer to my last question was so amazingly quick and helpful, please indulge me with another one about point 18 of this checklist:

  • 社会保険料納付証明書又は社会 保険料納入確認（申請）書

What exactly is this 社会保険, and how is it different from point 17. (健康保険・厚生年金保険 料領収書)?

For reference, here are all of the insurances I currently have:

  1. 関東ITソフトウェア健康保険組合 健康保険
  2. 厚生年金保険
  3. SBI証券 企業型DC(企業型確定拠出年金)
  4. メディケア生命 がん保険
  5. バイク自賠責保険
  6. チューリッヒ　スーパーバイク保険　（任意保険）

I fall into the "Highly Skilled Professional with more than 80 points (高度人材外国人)80ポイント以上・特別高度人材)" category, and I currently work as an employee for a Japanese company. I don't have any side business.
