Has anyone received a document that looks like this?
It's titled:
給与所得等に係る市区町村民税･都道府県民税･森林環境税
特別徴収税額の決定・変更通知書(納税義務者用）
Notification of determination or change of municipal inhabitant tax, prefectural inhabitant tax, and forestry environment tax special collection amount for employment income, etc. (for taxpayers)
It looks like they send this the employers, my employer gave it to me.
So what's the story here, looks like a tax increase notification, but we don't have to do anything about it, and if we are not happy, we have 3 months to complain?
How big is the increase, and what happens if we complain?
My hieroglyphic decoding abilities are not good, and they didn't send an English version.
