Seeking vet recommendations for cats (eye specialist)! Japanese only OK

Hi! My cat has a swollen eye of unknown cause. She doesn’t seem to be in any pain, it’s not infected but it’s not getting better (or worse).

I live in Fushimi and I’m willing to travel around Kyoto for a vet that specializes in eye issues for cats.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

There’s a vet really close to me but they have horrible reviews and are not specialists with ophthalmology for pets.

It’s not an emergency but she needs to get it checked out. I’ve given her eye drops meant for cats and they seem to help a little.
