Is there any way I can know about stamp rallies? I recently came across a video about yamanote line’s 100 year anniversary stamp rally but it ends on 3rd Nov, and I won’t be in Tokyo🥲🥲. Hopefully there’s some place where I can get this info early so I can like get the stamps😔.
