15. Japanese Related Studies + Language Proficiency question.

Hello!

Im sorry if this has been asked before. The only japanese related study i've done has been through Anki and some Japanese learning apps like Teuida and some other ones. It says we can list self study so would it be ok to write something like

Institution: Self Study (app name) – Course title (hiragana) but then it asks for a start and end date.

It also says You should use this space to list formal study of Japanese language, history, culture, etc. (i.e. university studies). If you do not have any university level study, you may list high school study, self-study, or informal study, but please indicate it clearly as such in the description field. Please list up to the four most recent, most relevent or highest level courses. Only list completed coursework.  Do not list in-progress coursework or future courses.

But if its an app or something like anki flashcards, there is really no end date..its kind of on going study? So should I not even bother listing my self study?

Also for the language proficiency portion under reading, speaking and listening i wanted to put introductory since it categorizes it as

"Familiar with basic greetings and conversation.  Previous experience with hiragana and katakana. <100 Kanji <800 Vocab words."

I know hiragana and katakana, a small handful of kanji, and a fair amount of vocab words and general phrases so i think this would fall under introductory? i know it says we will be given an oral japanese test so please answer honestly. i know other people have said they got quizzed even if they listed 0 proficiency with japanese language. Im not confident in having a conversation or really answering questions in japanese unless its really simple things so it makes me wonder even though im studying, should i not bother including it?
