I've managed to add my yucho debit card on Paypal but when I go to try and add my bank account, Japan Post Bank is not there. I do have a Japanese Paypal and have visited the Paypal website and they do mention Japan Post as an option so how come it isn't showing up? Has this happened to anyone before?
