Building a house and looking for ERV/moisture control solutions

Kind of a specefic question, but looking for an ERV ventilation reccomendation. Both in terms of brand and whether ductless or duct based is the better option.

For background, I'm building a house in Japan with an expected air tightness value of between 0.8-0.6 C値. With that level of air tightness, I think I need something to manage condensation and ventilation within the house.

From poking around online, it seems that an ERV system is the best option for controlling moisture and ventilating the house in an energy efficient way. The problem is, I don't really know much about this topic, so not sure what I should have installed.

The builder reccomended the Lossnay VL100 ductless version which I think involves just installing one in most rooms in the house. However, I feel like an ERV with ductwork running though the house would do a better job at keeping moisture out from in between the walls where mold could grow.

Any suggestions or general tips about handling this when building in Japan would be a big help.
