Hi all, soon to be new grad from Japanese uni here. American, doing job hunting in japan mainly for Japanese companies. I'm planning to do a ton of internships this winter for the big trading companies and also a few chemical companies. Going through the same process as Japanese and fighting through web tests, ES, etc. has been difficult but extremely rewarding once I get to interviews. I wanted to ask here if anyone here works for or knows anyone who works at a trading company in sales as a foreigner, and how it's been for you. I know it varies company to company but I would appreciate any information on the industry and what it's like! Thank you 🙂
