Just a few thoughts I have. The Kanzama &Takayama part. Do I need to see both? That part feels a bit messy as in, lot of traveling. Which takes me to a second thought: we want to enjoy our stay in mt fuji, we can splurge on the hotel. However with all the plans it is a waste of money. How can we plan the stay more efficient?

Also where to stay in Tokyo, aah! It is so overwhelming. Everything looks so good but how to make the right choices haha.
