I’ve started trying to eat natto more regularly, but I’ve never really had it consistently before.
For those of you who eat it often:
- What brand do you usually buy?
- What do you have it with for breakfast? (Rice, egg, kimchi, toast, etc.?)
- And have you actually noticed any health benefits from eating it long-term — like better digestion, energy, or anything else?
I’m still getting used to the smell and texture, but I want to give it a proper chance. Curious to hear what’s worked best for everyone else.
