I am currently looking for a dietitian with Muscle training knowledge, preferably in person but online is fine if in person is difficult.
My main goal is to introduce more variety in my diet and get more proper nutrients and hit my calorie and protein goals.
It's been few years that I only eat chicken breast for lunch and dinner except when I eat outside occasionally. Using pork and beef is possible but doing it always will make a hole in my wallet. Unfortunately, I don't eat seafoods.
So does anyone has a recommendation for a dietitian? Either English or Japanese is okay.
