I fill my tax return using e-tax nowadays, can I throw away futusato nozei certs?

I have hundreds of furusato nozei certs going back several years. Do they fall into the category of document I need to keep for 5 years. Or can I throw them away, now that I have the files exported from Rakuten, which I use whenever I fill my tax return via e-tax?
