Boss didn’t paid me after I quit.

I'm going to FRESC tomorrow to talk to a lawyer a out what to do, I'm actually in the process of changing apartment so the fees for moving adds up fast and I'll not be able to pay it by the deadline because of that

I tried to contact him multiple times about that but he's not answering me

He didn't paid me September and October, so I'm sitting on top of 500'000 yen that would help me move out.

I have recording of him saying he's not paying me and wants me to go to court to get it, he probably think I'm not going to do it but I'll
What else should I bring there ? I have the recordings on a usb with some screenshots of conversations etc..

And should I go to the labour bureau afterwards?
