TL;DR On Oct. 11 around 9:40 am, a woman (25) riding a bicycle was hit by a 10 ton truck and then dragged about 250 meters. The woman died and the police arrested the truck driver, Aung Chaw Mying (57) of Myanmar national. He has reportedly admitted to the allegations. Police plan to charge him for negligent driving resulting in death.
