I have heard about the IKBR service and was wondering if it would make sense to talk to someone at the office to get more information. Face to face always is nicer I feel.
I don't know anyone personally who has used this service so I don't have anyone to ask.
I also don't like in Tokyo, but could make a trip there. They don't seem to have any offices elsewhere.
If anyone has thoughts/experience much appreciated.
