I'm a foreigner and want to apply for a Japanese eSIM phone number. I found https://povo.jp, but it requires Japanese identification information. Is there any way to apply using my passport? I also can't contact customer service.

Any other eSIM phone services you would recommend (I only need the registration SMS from the website)?
