How does Bizreach service actually work?

I'm currently in a job change journey and have been actively using Recruit so far. Decided to try expanding to Bizreach.

I understand Bizreach is mostly scouting service and you get a lot of invitation to connect from headhunters, but still a bit unclear on how they actually work.

Is it literally a big group of headhunters from different companies whereby if I decided to reply and "connect" with them, then it will work just like the typical headhunter service afterwards? i.e. interview with them first, then they start offering jobs, and so on.

I'm trying to decide whether it is wise to randomly reply to some of them, since it seems nearly impossible to know which one to better connect with other than a random pick. On the other hand I'm also thinking to try the paid plan once just to get the feature to apply directly to the job listings.

I'd really appreciate your thoughts guys.
