Hello, I have the engineer/humanities specialist/international service visa, and I have a full time employer.
I recently applied for some part time work (Main employer said it was okay).
And I got a gig, but one thing I forgot to do which was pretty important. Was to ask for permission from immigration, the job is within my visa permission (It's a teaching gig), but I heard that when you have a full time employer with another company you have to get permission from immigration first.
The part time employer is claiming that it's not needed since I fall under the humsnities visa, but with all the news right now I'm not sure. My start date is incredibly soon and it's the weekend now so I'd like to ask here to see if anyone has an answer. Thank you in advance.
