Moving back to Japan after few years of living there as a dependant

So, about an year ago I lived in japan under dependant visa. however I came back to my country after a few months because it was difficult for me to handle the joblessness and lack of japanese knowledge. Everything was done by my spouse at the time (at least I hope), the taxes and everything. So, the question is my spouse was jobless for few months and as their dependant, I was not aware of them paying any taxes in my name. I also did some part time for a few days, from which they had deducted the taxes (salary around 50,000 Yen). but I'm not sure about the NHI and other taxes related to my visa category. So I'm worried whether there were taxes related to my visa that I wasn't aware of, that my spouse (now ex) didn't pay and that might cause problems with my visa.

Can anyone please shed some light on this? I have no idea about what kind of taxes or payments I should have paid, and also whether they were covered by my spouse's job (engineer visa)/ when they were jobless, what was the impact on my payments towards the government. IF there were payments to be made from my side, and (most probably my ex didn't if they were not covered by their visa), didn't make payments, is here anything that I can do before applying for the visa again? I'm really worried.
