Is this itinerary reasonable (to Nikko) for a family with a 15-month-old baby?

I’m an international student currently studying in Tokyo, and I’m planning to visit Nikko with my wife and 15-month-old baby today.

Honestly, this will be our first real trip that’s a bit far from Tokyo and includes an overnight stay, so even though I felt confident at first, I’m starting to get a little nervous now 😅. I just want to make sure this plan is realistic and safe while bringing a baby along.

Here’s our current itinerary

Day 1 – Saturday, Nov 8 (We are staying at Utsunomiya)

09:00 – 11:40 Tokyo → Utsunomiya (JR Utsunomiya Line, via Ueno)
11:45 – 14:30 Stroll around Utsunomiya (lunch, coffee, city walk with stroller)
14:30 – 15:00 Check in at hotel
15:00 – 17:00 Rest or light walk nearby (not sure what’s interesting to do here or should I just head to Nikko early?)

Day 2 – Sunday, Nov 9
08:00 – 09:00 Baby prep
09:00 – 10:30 Utsunomiya → Tobu World Square (JR Nikko Line → Tobu Nikko → Tobu World Square Station)
10:30 – 13:00 Explore Tobu World Square
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch inside the park
14:00 – 15:30 Stroll & souvenir shopping
15:30 – 17:00 Return to Utsunomiya

Day 3 – Monday, Nov 10
09:00 – 09:45 Utsunomiya → Nikko (JR Nikko Line)
10:00 – 12:00 Shinkyo Bridge & shrine area
12:10 – 13:10 Bus to Lake Chuzenji
13:15 – 14:15 Lunch somewhere around Lake Chuzenji (open to recommendations!)
14:15 – 15:15 Visit Kegon Falls (take the elevator down to the observation deck)
15:15 – 16:15 Bus back to Nikko Station
16:30 – 17:15 Nikko → Utsunomiya (JR Nikko Line)

Day 4 – Tuesday, Nov 11
08:00 – 09:00 Breakfast at hotel and check-out
09:30 – 11:00 Free time / short city walk
11:00 – 12:00 Lunch near station
12:30 – 15:00 Utsunomiya → Tokyo (JR Utsunomiya Line)

Would you recommend spending less time at Tobu World Square and instead exploring more around Shinkyo Bridge and the nearby shrine area? I’m a bit confused about which parts of that area are stroller-friendly and what’s actually worth visiting there.

I’m also not sure what’s good to do in Utsunomiya on the first afternoon before check-in or should I just go to Nikko earlier that day instead.

Any advice on stroller-friendly spots would be really appreciated!
Thanks
