Looking for a new apartment and I saw many apartments that dont have a deposit or key money but also found one where there is no agent fee but an agent introduces the place to us. I dont get why an agent would do that since they have no obvious financial benefit from introducing the apartment to us so a little worried if this is a form of scam but wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with no agent fee apartment introductions from an agent?
