Which majors at Senmon Gakko can be considered to provide guaranteed employment?

I’m 32 and planning to go to a language school first, then a Senmon Gakko.

Because of my age and my country’s weak currency, I need something that offers job security. Maybe people in first world countries won’t understand, but I’m fine with being a blue collar worker for life. Like many others in my country, I’m unemployed, and although I tried to enter a university here, I couldn’t get a high enough score for the free or affordable ones.
