Hello everyone this is the situation. I’m about to move out from my current sharehouse since I’m already living with my girlfriend. The thing is that she’s afraid I register my zairyu card since in her contract states that only 1 person must live there. We’re living together already that’s the reason I’m moving out because I don’t want to pay rent if I’m not using it, however she is not worried about me registering her address but since we’re planning to move nearby her current place she says that the real state company owns almost all houses/apartments around the area and if we move out together, the moment they ask for my zairyu card, they will realize that I was living there. Plus she’s near to apply for the permanent residence and she does want any problem with loans or anything due her possibly bad relationship with the real state. What do you think? I have a friend who was in the same situation and they’ve been living together for 3 years and no problem
