I messed up a few rolls before this one came out decent. I’m learning a few things NOT to do lol. This rice layer feels a little thick.
Any tips on handling sticky rice without making a stick mess everywhere? That was the hardest part. Also, I used the rice right out of the rice cooker so it was fresh and a little bit warm. Should I let it rest a little next time?
