LONG STORY SHORT: Got a new job in Tokyo, currently living in Sapporo. Looking for a real estate agent anyone can recommend (remote viewing option preferred)! Currently working with an agency but i’m a little concerned about the google reviews listed on their page (all accounts with only one or two reviews total). The application is currently under homeowner review but i’m not 100% sure on this agency, the unit is lovely however. I also couldn’t seem to find the listed address on the unit showing picture file i was sent, I’m not sure if this is a red flag or something that is common(?) Any and all advice is welcome! (I’d prefer to work with companies who often have low initial cost listings for 1Ks and 1LDKS and such!) Thank You!
