I'm currently living in a monthly apartment, which I've already registered my address with. I've already got a MyNumber card sorted, and health insurance + pension sorted (I'm on a J-Find visa).
- I'm unemployed so I'm on National Health Insurance, and my pension premium is also waived/exempted for this reason
However I'll be moving out soon but there's a 2 week period where I'll be hopping hotels before moving into another permanent place.
My question is if there is a problem with this approach? If I submit a moving out notification and then don't submit a moving in notification until I actually move into my new place (leaving a gap of 2 weeks), will that cause issues?
Or am I better off not submitting a moving out notification until I move in (this sounds a bit shady)?
- As in pretend I'm still at my old place, assuming there is no important mail in that period, until there is no gap between moving out & moving in
