We’re considering travelling to Japan next month, on approx 9-11 December, for six nights in each of Osaka and Kyoto.
Going by the current forecast with leaves in Osaka due to “peak” on 7 December and in Kyoto on 15 December, are we better off starting our trip with a stay in Kyoto and forgetting about seeing them in Osaka? Though I’d really like to see them in both, I’m thinking if we try to catch the last of the leaves in Osaka we may end up missing them in both cities. Thoughts? Please let me know if I’m not interpreting the forecast correctly
