Hello! I'm planning to bike the Shimanami Kaido on the New Year's day solo and am currently planning the stops/ route. I've been to Japan before (so I know what to expect for vegan food) but mostly to the popular areas where although limited, I'm able to find some decent vegan food options.
To anyone who's done the route — do you have recommendations/suggestions for stops along the route which are suitable for vegan options. Not looking for extensive vegan menus lol but just enough to survive the cycling.
