Money transfer to Japan bank account from abroad

Hello. I need to send money to a japanese bank account from a foreign bank. I have the japanese bank details and they have:
– Bank code
– Branch code
– Account number
– SWIFT Code

Since this format is not same as IBAN, I can select to sent the money through CODE, but not sure which is the correct Account number since I've seen that some enter the Bank code+Branch code+Account number and some only Account number.
Should I enter the bank and branch codes before the account number or only the account number?
