Divorce and 離婚協議書(divorce agreement) did you do it?

My wife and I are going to divorce soon. I know the option of 離婚協議書 is there. No kids and just a mansion that we will sell.
We aren’t fighting and it’s a decision we agreed too but I know after divorce there is a 2 year period where she could claim money etc.
