Planning a 10-11 day trip to Japan covering Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka in early April during the easter break.
What sort of budget should I be looking at? From my calculations and assumptions I have estimated about $10-12 AUD ($5-6k pp) for the trip covering flight, accommodations, transport and Disneyland passes for two.
Does this seem like a realistic budget? We plan on staying in decent hotels with 5 nights in Tokyo, 3 nights in Kyoto and maybe 1 night in Hakone for a ryokan experience and lake view.
Open to suggestions for covering more places as a first time visitor to Japan.
