Hi everyone! This will be my first time traveling to Japan, kyoto, nara, and osaka and I’ll be going on November 20.
I’m planning to just use the clothes I already have instead of buying new ones. Here’s what I found in my closet: satin silk long dresses, tube tops, a cotton romper, and a long fitted dress.
Here’s my plan:
• For all skirts and dresses, I’ll wear Heattech leggings or tights as a base layer.
• On top, I’ll wear the tube tops or dresses as they are, and I’ll buy a coat to layer over them.
Now my question is, would a puffer jacket be better, or will a thick coat be enough?
Also, do you think I can survive without a long-sleeve Heattech top if I have a thick coat or puffer jacket? Is it very cold there? Or should I just skip my current clothes and buy warmer ones instead? 😅 I’m really trying to save money for this trip.
I also plan to buy New Balance 530 or 740 sneakers on my first day in Japan since they’re cheaper there. Do you think that’s okay?
I booked my trip through a travel agency here in the Philippines. Everything is included except for lunch and dinner, and I have one free day, which I plan to spend at Universal Studios Japan. My hotel is near Namba Station.
Any tips or advice for my trip would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much! 💕
