Opening up a manga cafe with only English manga in Tokyo

Hi, all.
I've been thinking about opening up a manga cafe with English manga only, and I'd like to know what other foreigners think about the idea in general?
I don't think a manga cafe is the most profitable business, but there doesn't seem any manga cafe with English manga only in Tokyo and I've always wanted to do something that can connect foreigners with Japan/its culture in a meaningful way.
It's still just an idea level, but now that I have more time and resources (including the capital), I may wanna slowly get started on the idea.

Any tips on this kind of business or anyone interested in starting up sth like this, I'd love to hear about what you think.
I'm Japanese myself, so I wouldn't have any issue with handling admin stuff (e.g. setting up a business, etc).

EDIT; Thank you all for the opinions. There seem to be more improvements I could make & prob more research needed obviously. I just wanted to bounce off the idea first to see how others would think, but I think it might be worth trying to look into further, especially a manga cafe + something else.
