Can’t login to NTT because my name is not in kana

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up wifi in my apartment and things were going good so far.

I have contacted Asahi first, which contacted NTT and, after a few call, I have received a letter from them with my contract ID and a password.
So I try to login on their "mypage" page but they require the contractor name in full-width kana. The full message is " ご契約者名は全角カナで入力してください。 "
I tried to write as "name" or "name", as it is written on the letter but nothing work.

As anyone already run into this issue ?

In any case, I will receive the ntt modem next week so I think I'm fine ?
