Looking for english speaking doctors in tokyo

Hi everyone,

I know people ask this all the time, but I've been failing for a couple of week now, so I decided to just ask.

I moved to tokyo last month and I'm looking for Endocrinologist, Cardiologist and Dermatologist in the tokyo region.

I speak English and Portuguese and I'm not confortable with my crappy japanese to talk to a doctor. Does any one knows english or portuguese speaking doctor around the tokyo region?

I live in kitazawa but I'll go anywhere in the tokyo metropolitan area.
