Hi everyone!
I am moving to Kyoto with wife and dog for a year and I wanted to understand if it was better to hire a car when needed (weekends for example) or to lease it for the whole time? I would use this mostly to take day trips (and with the dog of course) as I am not sure I would use it every day but I wanted to take all of your valid experiences to try and understand what people do!
