Does moving to the US from the Middle East as a child count for the Intercultural section (#9)?

I was born in Kuwait, moved to Yemen at 3 years old, and then moved to the US at 9 years old. There was definitely a culture shock when I moved to the US. Should I include those both? Or just the move from the Middle East to the US? Or none?
