Trying to book restaurant Tonkatsu Maisen near Omotesando for dinner on 25th Dec.

I found AutoReserve website for reservation, only one ?

Selected party, date and time, then prompted to pick table type, and then it seems i need to choose for the dinner.

Looking at the english page of the AutoReserve, it seems it offers Shabu Shabu option, or "Whiting" with different pricing. Can someone let me know what "whiting" would be ? I wished to have tonkatsu sets to be fair, not sure if they have a la carte for dinner ?
