Hey everyone,
I’m applying for an internship position at a Japanese company, and they asked me to take a 適性検査 called EF-1G. I’ve never taken this test before, so I’m trying to understand what it’s actually like and how much Japanese I need in order to pass it. My Japanese is not that good like its enough for daily conversation i have been self learning for 2 years, so I’m debating whether I should ask if it’s possible to take the test in English or if that would look bad.
Another thing that confused me is that the link they sent me says 26newgrad, even though I’m applying for an internship, not a full-time new graduate role. I’m not sure if I should mention that or just ignore it and take the test normally.
If anyone has experience with EF-1G or has taken similar tests during Japanese hiring processes, I’d really appreciate your advice. Thanks!
