Anyone in Japan successfully applied for a Korean short-visit visa in Tokyo lately?

Has anyone here recently applied for a Korean short-visit visa while living in Japan?

I’ve been trying to book an individual appointment through the online system in Tokyo, but I haven’t had any luck. Every time I try to reserve a slot, it says no appointments available.

If you’ve managed to book an appointment recently:
Which website or portal did you use?
What time of day did you check for openings?
Did you notice any pattern for when new slots appear?
Any tips for getting an appointment without going through a travel agency?
