PS5 Rentals + Buying and Selling

I am a student living in tokyo, and decided that despite loving tokyo, having a bunch of friends here, and loving life, I decided to go back to America next yr for university due to career concerns among other reasons. Im thinking about getting into gaming a bit, and had my eyes on the ps5 due to some exclusives i want to try. But when I leave, I don't want to pay for a third carry on or send it via mail for like 15K, so i was looking for alternatives.

  1. Monocari: like 100,000 from now till then, could literally buy 2 and throw away both and save 20,000.

  2. Buying one and selling it cheap or giving it to a friend: Asked around and everyone who was even kind of interested already had one.

  3. Buying one and trying to sell it on mercari or something: Hassle plus possibly not selling, still best option so far

  4. GEO: I saw some used for sale, for like 40,000. So im guessing they buy. If I could buy one from them, and then sell it back (granted it most likely wont be full amount, hopefully like 30,000 still tho?), I can basically guarantee being able to sell as long as it still works fine, and save the most money by far.

My question is, does GEO buy, and if anyone knows, how easy are they to typically work with? Are they like Game Stop in the US where u get the smaller half of a 1 dollar bill and a chewed piece of gum for a 60$ game before spitting on your face, (speaking from experience) or are they easy to work with? So far I haven't had a single bad experience as a customer in Japan but i'd appreciate if anyone can confirm how GEO runs!
