I've received quotes for some major renovation work for a "mansion" apartment.
I'm wondering if anybody can share their experience negotiating the quote?
There seems to be many line items that can be bloated, and I get it, that's where they pad their bottom line, but I was wondering what % reduction I should aim for, and if it's even possible?
ANY other advice is welcome, this is the first time I do this and I'm frankly a bit overwhelmed!
