About 2 years ago I was in Japan on a 6 month student visa, I had completely paid out all of my fees for the 6 months. I left Japan at the end of the 6 month period and obviously returned my residence card and ended my residency. However, before I left I did not have the time to go and de-register my address with the city. I am now thinking of going back to Japan in the near future on a working holiday visa, do you think there will be any issues with my past actions? As I understand it there shouldn't be any unpaid taxes as I had paid them all up to the 6 month mark which is when my visa expired.
